We handle your personal data according to Swedish law (PUL)

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data, such as your name, address and social security number. At the same time, you agree that we save and use your personal information to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. We also document certain communications that we have with you by telephone or mail, to provide you with the best service and follow up on your cases.

According to the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) you are entitled to receive the information we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or removed. If so, contact our customer service.

We use Klarna Checkout for most of our payment alternatives, which means that Klarna handles most of our payment methods. With Klarna and as a Swedish customer you can pay by Invoice, Down payment, Payment by credit card, Direct bank transfer or through Klarna Direct. Klarna is a leading provider of payment services over the Internet in Sweden and is PCI-DSS certified by the card industry (including VISA and MasterCard) to handle payment transactions at the highest level of security. If you don't have a Swedish social security number you will have to choose payment by credit card.
