Delivery terms

When you shop at Cenino Donna, it is in the currency SEK and it is always included Swedish VAT in the specified price. We deliver all products in Sweden in cooperation with forwarders such as DHL and Posten and outside Sweden with forwarders adapted for transportation to that specific country. Note that, in addition to Gotland, we can not guarantee to deliver to addresses that require boat transportation within Sweden and can not guarantee possible delivery to addresses abroad.


Delivery time is usually about 1-4 business days in Sweden. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time - so you can get your products as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases it may take a little longer than expected, if there has been an error with one of our forwarders. In that case, we will notify you and will deliver your order as soon as possible. Keep in mind that as a customer you shall always be able to show proof of identity when collecting your order.

Delivery confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation when the product / products leave our store.

Damages during transportation

If a shipping damage occurs, please report a complaint to our customer service via e-mail. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer noticed or should have noticed the damage. It's therefore important that you carefully open and inspect your products.

In order for the case to be handled in the fastest possible way, we ask you to keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, re-delivery, remediation or deductions are made.


Our products are usually delivered in Sweden by DHL to your nearest post office. When the package arrives at the agent, an SMS is sent out that your package is ready for pickup. If you have not entered a mobile number, you will receive a letter, which includes reference number and instructions for where the package is available. Variations may occur abroad. Keep in mind that, as a customer, you shall always display proof of identity upon collecting your order.

All orders we ship with DHL can be tracked on DHL's website using the tracking number you receive in your delivery confirmation. Track your DHL shipment here.

Uncollected order

Your order is usually at your place of delivery for a maximum of 13 days. If you do not pick up your package on time, a refund for uncollected order can be charged to you. Variations may occur abroad.

Nearest DHL agenst

DHL has about 1,500 agents in Sweden and is often located in a store, gas station or kiosk near you. Your nearest DHL Service Point can be found here.

Retrieve your order directly in our store

You are always welcome to order on our web and then collect your package in our store when it suits you. In that case, choose Pick up at Cenino Donna as delivery method at checkout.

When you select Pick up at Cenino Donna, you pay your products with the desired payment method in the webshop checkout. After your order has been received, the products will be packed and your package will be delivered to the store. Please note that we will send an e-mail as soon as the products are ready to be collected.

Please note that the order will be returned if it is not picked up 7 days after you received your first notification. Our shop (at Kullagatan 29 in Helsingborg) has open weekdays between 10:00-18:00 and Saturdays 10:00-16:00, Sundays and Red days it is closed.
